Refund policy
Return request form: https://popabrand.outvio.com. You have 15 days from delivery to complete your return request.
The cost of the return is $30. At the time of the refund of the product, the amount of the order will be refunded minus the return costs previously indicated (-30$). Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Returns can be made in the same payment method discounting the costs associated with the return or in gift card without return cost.
*The Store Credit will have the same amount as the initial purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility that the packaging reaches our stores in perfect condition. The POPA box must be packed in any other box or bag so that the messenger can stick the sticker and not damage it. If the box does not arrive in the same conditions in which they were sent, the cost of the return and, in addition, the shipping costs will be charged.
For customized products, returns are not allowed.
In no case will a return or exchange of the/the products handled externally to Popa be accepted.
