- The cost of the return for orders placed during the Happy Hour promotion will be €5.95 for Spain Peninsula and Portugal. Balearic Islands: €8.95. France €11.95. This cost will be applied if the refund is in the same form of payment. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe do not accept returns . - There is no change of size or model directly maintaining the price of the promotion . Yeah you want to make any change once the order is received without paying return costs, the procedure will be to make a return with home collection and choose STORE CREDIT refund method, we will refund the amount paid for your order in a gift card without deducting return costs once we receive the order. - The stock of the Happy Hour action is limited as previously indicated and during the action in all official brand communications and channels. Stock is subject to availability.

“POPACHALLENGE”
Participate in the 2nd “Popa Brand” Reels contest from your store, your favorite place in the city, or wherever you want, making a video and sharing it on your Instagram social network!
Prize:
- Popa Day in the winning stores. (With merchandising, furniture, decoration, MK promotional action, duration approx. 3h, discount for the next purchase, joint raffle with the store tagging both brands and putting the hashtag #popaday)
- They will appear in a Popa editorial on the web.

Requirements:
- Follow @popa_es on Instagram.
- Being a client of Popa Footwear SL or B2B Logistic SL.
- Upload your reel until May 31, with a public profile mentioning @popa_es and use the hashtags #popachallengen, #poparetail and #popareels in the post.
The video must be original and owned by the author to whom the account belongs.
THEME: The style is free, always using seasonal Popa Brand footwear.
Maximum duration 60 seconds.

These rules regulate the call for tenders for the client stores of Popa Footwear SL and B2B Logistic SL. Through which Popa Brand intends to address these objectives:

* Create synergies between Popa Brand and its customers.
* Reward the loyalty of our B2B customers

- Upload the Reel to your INSTAGRAM PUBLIC PROFILE until May 31, 2023
- Mention @popa_es
- Use the Hashtag # #popachallengen, #poparetail and #popareels
The video must be original and unpublished, created by the author who owns the account, and have a minimum duration of 15 seconds, maximum 60 seconds. You may not violate intellectual and industrial property rights in any way .
The profile must be public to be able to view the reel.
- WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
- Participation in this contest is open to all stores that are clients of Popa Footwear SL, or B2B Logistic SL.
- AWARDS
1 category is established, with 1 winner:
- Category at the national level: All stores in the national territory within the peninsula will be able to participate.
The prizes are not cumulative, you can only opt for one prize per participant.
Once the winning reel has been chosen, Popa Brand will contact the winner through their social media profile. In the case of not being able to contact the winners within a period of five days, the jury will be able to choose the semifinalists in both cases, and in case of not contacting these seconds within a period of five days, that prize will be void .
- 5 . JURY AND ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
- The jury will be made up of the Marketing, Design and Photography team.
- The following aspects will be taken into account:
- The videos must be original, unpublished and owned by the author/to whom the account belongs.
- Offensive videos or videos that violate the rights of third parties will not be accepted.
- The attractiveness of the video as a whole will be assessed, both in form and content, taking into account aspects such as its originality, creativity, clarity and interest in the message.
- The jury is responsible for the interpretation of these rules, as well as the resolution of any incident not provided for in them.
- The jury reserves the right to declare any of the prizes void, in the event that there are not enough participants, or that the theme and/or quality of the reels does not meet the objectives of the contest.
- The jury's decision is final.
- SELECTION OF WINNING REELS.
The video submission period ends on May 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Once the term is closed, the jury will be in charge of deciding the winning reels according to the indicated criteria.
The jury's decision will be announced on June 5, 2023 through the social networks of @popa_es
Popa Brand (@popa_es) will tag the winning store/people, and will contact them to manage the prize.
If any of the people who do not meet the participation requirements is a winner, they will lose their right to obtain the prize won.
- ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTEST RULES.
Participation implies the express consent of the participating persons to the processing of their data by Popa Brand, to use their username to make communications, as well as to show their works, in order to pursue the objectives of the contest.
The organization reserves the right to resolve, as it deems appropriate, any situation not provided for in these bases, as well as to make possible changes to dates or deadlines as a result of the current health situation.
Instagram is in no way associated with, sponsoring, endorsing or administering this promotion.
Participants will be responsible for any claim that may arise, or that third parties may make, regarding the originality, similarities or partial copies of the winning reels.
- DATA PROTECTION.
As established in article 13.1 of the LOPD, the data of those over fourteen years of age may be processed with their consent, except in those cases in which the Law requires the assistance of the holders of parental authority for their provision. or guardianship.
The indication of the personal data of the winners will be mandatory for the management of the prize. Any false communication of personal data will give the organization the right to disqualify the winner from participating and being able to dispose of the corresponding prize.
The organization guarantees full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 , Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights regarding the processing of personal data collected in this contest.
The participating persons guarantee and are responsible for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of their personal information.
The person participating in this contest accepts these rules .
These general conditions will be interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law.
GENERIC PROMOTIONS 2023:
No discounts and/or coupons are accepted for products from the Flat Menorquinas, Flat Sandals and Accessories collections with a price of less than €60.
Promotions/discounts are not cumulative, that is, if a discount has already been applied to the cart, a different one cannot be entered.
GENERIC PROMOTIONS FREE SHIPPING/SHIPPING €1:
Free Shipping and €1 Shipping promotions are only applicable to Spain Peninsula and Portugal. (Not including Canary Islands or Balearic Islands). There is no minimum purchase amount.
